Ne-Yo knows he is one cool cat. In his new release, “Libra Scale,” Ne-Yo appears as the dapper superhero, Jerome. We were first introduced to the character in a number of his videos including “Champagne Life,” and “Beautiful Monster,” off the upcoming album so it nice to see him again on the cover artwork for “Libra Scale.”
